LADIES ONLY PERSONAL TRAINING
Helping women feel amazing and learn to love themselves is my passion. If I didn’t have to work I’d still do this as a job…. Though I don’t consider it a job. It’s my purpose to help you feel amazing.
Which is why I have created a community of women who train together and support each other. It’s not your average Personal Training package! Who wants average when you can have fabulous?
I am committed to giving you the best possible training programs for your personal requirements, the support and care you need to feel supported and encouraged whilst working towards your health and fitness goals.
I offer ladies only training sessions at my private gym so you can feel confident and not intimidated by going in to a big gym or by the beef cakes flexing in the mirrors…
Sessions are held with a maximum of four, very occasionally 5 ladies which allows me to personalise your training session to accommodate any injuries, pregnancy and different abilities and levels of experience. You’ll safe and effective work out, whist being supported and encouraged by the other ladies who are all just like you and working towards similar goals.
Most importantly though you’ll have lots of FUN! All whilst getting fitter, stronger, and healthier and developing the figure you want.
Personal Training isn’t just about weight loss. I also help women with getting back in to exercise after injury, illness or pregnancy. To build confidence and self-esteem and improve emotional and mental well-being.
My clients all achieve great results aesthetically but the most rewarding thing is seeing them grow in to more motivated, confident and content women.
- 2 or 3 ladies only small group training sessions per week
- All your nutritional programming and education delivered to you by our in house Nutritionist Shane
- Additional training plans for you to do at home or in the gym or on holiday if you wish
- Unlimited support from myself and Shane our in house Nutritionist
- Access to the VIP Facebook group where you’ll find the rest of the team of ladies that come to both the personal training sessions and work with us online|
- Access to the member’s only area on the website where there are recipes and additional workouts you can do at home plus an exercise library so you’ll know exactly what you need to do when following any additional training plans you may have.
- Weekly or Bi-weekly check ins to keep you accountable and on track to smashing your goals.
