We believe in teaching you how to fish, rather than giving you one fish so to speak. We want to set you up for life so you never have to start over again. We’ll teach you all you need to know and give you all the support, information and guidance you need to reach and importantly sustain your results for the rest of your life. This is what’s included in the nutrition aspect of the program.
- You’ll have a round the clock support from both myself, head coach and owner of Fit & Fabulous & Shane my top Nutritionist via email and the Facebook group. Shane consulted on the Olympic panel and specializes specifically in weight management. He is also a Doctoral researcher in the field of Nutrition.
- Personalized nutrition programming which is also taught to you in short easy to understand videos so your progress in underpinned with understanding to make the right choices for life.
- Weekly or bi-weekly online check ins via our easy to use members area. This will enable us to track your progress and keep you accountable
- Membership to the VIP Facebook group where you’ll be part of the community of wonderful women just like you all supporting each other.
- The Facebook group has a ton of tools for you to utilize. Including short videos teaching you about various aspects of nutrition, recipe ideas, and bite size informative posts to help keep you motivated and inspired.
- We have monthly top guest speakers from the fitness and nutrition industry and monthly group call with a Q&A and support session … there’s A LOT of support coming your way to make sure every possible angle is covered for you to be successful no matter what your past diet history.
Exercise, Activity & Training
We understand that’s every client’s requirements are different. Some people have never stepped foot in a gym before or perhaps hate it and don’t want to exercise or have limited time. Others will have some experience of the gym or classes.
Depending on this and your current activity levels I’ll work with you to create a program or a way of incorporating some activity in to your program to help you max out on your fat loss goals.
Which is why every aspect of the program is tailored to your needs. This program is primarily helping you master your nutrition but we can’t neglect the health benefits, both physically and mentally of exercise and it will speed up your results.
Having been previously an irregular gym go’er at best, I totally get that not everyone wants to exercise. But things changed for me when I went from a SIZE 18!!…to a 10 and retrained as a PT. The benefits from regular exercise were huge. Not just on my dress size but my emotional and mental wellbeing too and I know my clients over the last nine years have noted this too.
No matter what you’re physical ability and experience I will ensure your nutritional guidance is bolstered by a personalised activity plan suitable just for you.
You’ll have access to a 30 minute coaching call with me the first week of your program via, Skype, Facebook of Facetime just focusing on lifestyle and activity so I can design this for you.
Your exercise/activity plan will also be adjusted as and when it’s needed to keep you progressing towards your dream goals.
Mindset & Well-being
Your health and well-being is the most important thing to us. So we’ll be there every step of the way to keep you on track with your mindset too. Giving you tools you need to manage stress more effectively, build your confidence and get what I like to call brain gains!…ie: mentally strong.
